Do you accept cookies?
Cookies are small files which are recorded on your hard disk. You must accept them in order to access the BNP Net Entreprises site since they maintain the link between you and the bank and personalize your subscription.
Browsers can behave in three different ways in regard to cookies:

1) They accept them in a way that is transparent for the user,
2) Each time a cookie is received, the user is asked if he wants to accept it or not,
3) They systematically refuse cookies.

In general, browsers behave as indicated in 2). If you have selected 3), you will not be able to connect to BNP Net Entreprises. As such, you will have to change it.

 

 

Are you unable to identify yourself with the Transfert SÚcurisÚ card?

If it is the first time you have used the card, consult the le Card security installation guide.

Otherwise, check the card connection, especially if the card reader connected to the keyboard port is the Gemplus GCR420.
If the problem persists, even when Windows is restarted, do not hesitate to contactBNP Télématique Assistance, by phone (you were given the number by your branch) or via the BNP Assistance section of BNP Net Entreprises.
